Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once they have been shipped.



Return & Exchange Policy

  • We take utmost care to ensure every product is thoroughly inspected for any damages or defects before dispatching.

  • Returns are only accepted in the rare case that the product is damaged during transit. Please note, returns will not be accepted for reasons such as color variation, change of mind, or if you simply do not like the product.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending:

    • An unboxing video without cut.

    • Clear images of the damaged item

  • Once your return request is reviewed and accepted:

    • You will need to send the product back to our address.

    • Courier charges for returning the product must be borne by the customer.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days, excluding the initial shipping charges.

  • Important:
    We will not be able to process any return or exchange if we are not notified within the specified 24-hour time frame.

  • Kindly note, we do not accept refund requests under any other circumstances.
